This policy sets out when and how an order may be cancelled, the periods within which a request may be made, and the charges that apply.

There is no statutory cooling-off period for services purchased online in India. Cancellation is governed by this policy, which forms part of our terms and conditions.
Nothing in this policy restricts your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 in respect of deficiency in service, unfair trade practice or misleading representation.
Where you cancel before any content has been released, any session has taken place, or any work has commenced, sums paid are refunded in full.
To cancel, write to smo@nthrys.com quoting your order reference. We will acknowledge within two working days and confirm whether delivery has begun.
Where digital content has been released, a scheduled session has taken place, or work on a deliverable has commenced, the sums attributable to what has been supplied are not refundable. Sums attributable to elements not yet delivered are refunded.
Where a service is composed of identifiable elements — a training module made up of individual protocols, or a doctoral bundle made up of discrete services — the assessment is made by reference to the elements delivered rather than by reference to time elapsed.
Places on scheduled workshops are finite and reserved on commitment. The following charges apply on cancellation:

| Fewer than 7 days, or non-attendance | 100% of the fee. |
In place of cancelling, you may substitute another individual, or transfer to the next announced date, on written notice given before the announced date.
Where you contract in the course of a business, cancellation is by written notice and attracts the following charges, representing a genuine pre-estimate of loss:

| 8 to 14 days before commencement | 50% of the contract price. |
| 7 days or fewer, or after commencement | 100% of the contract price. |
We may cancel an order before performance begins where capacity becomes unavailable, where a scheduled session cannot proceed, where stated eligibility or prerequisite requirements are not met, or where an obvious error in price or description has occurred.
Where we cancel, we will notify you promptly and refund all sums paid in full, or you may elect to transfer to the next announced date at no additional charge.
